EU - Refund Policy

JSQ would like to make it clear that we are supplying individuals buying for themselves (Not businesses for resale). You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. If the goods are returned, your payment will be returned on receipt of the goods in good condition. Return postage & carriage will be at buyers cost. These rules are not applicable in relation to customised goods.
